Janee Flanders, a seasoned professional with 33 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator across California, Nevada, and Florida, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Minor in Aging and Adult Development from the University of California at Davis. Her journey in healthcare began with a passion ignited during an internship at a Long-term Care facility while in college, leading her to roles as a CNA, Activity Director, and Social Worker before transitioning to administration.

With over 20 years of experience in nursing, including 17 years as a Director of Nursing, and extensive management expertise in skilled nursing care, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge to The Villages Rehab. He served in the US Army for 14 years, with a tour in Iraq, fostering a strong commitment to service and problem-solving. He enjoys utilizing his skills to serve the staff and residents of The Villages Rehab, finding innovative solutions to enhance their care experience.

Peggy Coffman is the Director of Rehab (DOR) at the Villages Rehab and Nursing Center, boasting 34 years of experience. Her career began in a trauma hospital in Hollywood, FL, where she honed her skills treating diverse conditions. Inspired by personal experiences caring for her mother, Peggy shifted her focus to senior care, emphasizing compassion and quality of life. As director, she guarantees exceptional care for residents, fostering a secure and nurturing environment for rehabilitation and recovery.

Jill Haight, MSHA, LPN, serves as the Director of Marketing and Nurse Liaison. She holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida, alongside a Practical Nursing Certificate from Taylor College. Jill's dedication to healthcare stems from her personal journey, inspiring her to pursue a career focused on helping others. With her extensive education and expertise, she ensures that patients receive the support and guidance they need during their healthcare journey

Donna Langhorne, Admissions Director, brings 38 years of LPN experience in SNFs, with 6 years dedicated to admissions. Her passion for helping the geriatric population drives her role, where she leverages nursing expertise and insurance knowledge to guide clients seamlessly. Donna inputs hospital information into PCC, conducts facility tours and supports residents and families with empathy and care. Her commitment to excellence is fueled by honesty, ethics, and compassion, earning her recognition such as the Nurse of the Year award, and heartfelt appreciation from families and residents.
